Are the pieces truly unique?
Yes. All our products are made from Canadian wood. Each piece has its own unique grain, color, hues, and distinct features. No two pieces are identical.
Is the wood sourced from responsible sources?
We choose our own raw material (logs or wood pieces) from local suppliers and process (sawing and drying) this raw material ourselves in an environmentally friendly way.
What types of wood do you offer?
Manufactured from Canadian wood, we offer slabs, burls, aged wood pieces, charcuterie board pieces, decorative boards, trophy stands, and pieces for turning and carving.
Are the dimensions correct?
Yes. The dimensions given are measured precisely. However, slight variations may exist due to the nature of the wood.
Is the wood dry?
Yes. All our products are kiln dried unless otherwise stated in the description on the product page.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your region.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged products or order errors. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Do you offer custom-made parts?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us with your project and desired dimensions.
How are the orders packaged?
Each piece is carefully protected to prevent damage during transport.
