• Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier (generally 5 to 10 working days).

• Delivery costs are calculated at the time of order.

• A tracking number is provided when available.

Important: Due to the unique and sometimes bulky nature of our products, some items may require specialized transport.

Returns and exchanges

Since our products are unique and natural pieces, we apply a policy adapted to this type of merchandise.

Return conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrived damaged.

• The product does not match the order

• An error occurred during shipping.

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

Non-refundable products

Returns are not accepted for:

• The products used, processed or modified

• The natural variations in the wood (knots, cracks, grain, color) are part of its unique character.

Refunds

Once the return has been approved and received:

• The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

• The amount will be credited according to the original payment method.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
